Dr. Azita Ebrahimzadeh
Dr. Azita Ebrahimzadeh
Dr. Azita Ebrahimzadeh’s passion for dentistry began at an early age and has shaped every step of her professional journey.
After moving to the United States as a teenager, she pursued her education with focus and determination, earning her degree from William Paterson University, a master’s in biomedical sciences from UMDNJ, and her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Rutgers University. She completed her General Practice Residency at Hackensack University Hospital, where she refined her clinical skills and developed her hands-on, relationship-centered approach to care.
With over a decade of experience, Dr. Azita is known for combining precision with empathy. She has a strong interest in cosmetic dentistry and restorative treatments, helping patients feel confident while maintaining long-term oral health.
Her philosophy is simple: every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and completely comfortable. She takes the time to explain treatment options clearly and approaches care conservatively and thoughtfully.
For Dr. Azita, dentistry is not just clinical work, it is the privilege of building trust and improving lives, one patient at a time.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, staying active, and embracing the balance between family and profession that inspires her daily commitment to excellence.

Dr. Arash Baseri
Dr. Arash Baseri
Dr. Arash Baseri’s path to dentistry was shaped by both science and service. After earning his undergraduate degree in Biology from Rutgers University, he began his career as a Quality Control Microbiologist at Stryker Orthopedics before pursuing his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at UMDNJ.
He completed his General Practice Residency at Hackensack University Hospital, where he refined his clinical skills and developed a strong focus on precision, patient comfort, and comprehensive care.
Today, Dr. Baseri brings more than a decade of experience to Oakwell. His approach is thoughtful and unhurried, rooted in listening first and treating conservatively. He has a particular interest in implant dentistry and cosmetic transformations, helping patients restore not only function, but confidence.
Known for his calm demeanor and meticulous attention to detail, Dr. Baseri takes pride in creating an environment where patients feel at ease — especially those who may have had difficult dental experiences in the past.
For him, dentistry is not simply about teeth. It is about building trust, improving lives, and delivering care that stands the test of time.
Outside the office, Dr. Baseri enjoys time outdoors, staying active, and making memories with his wife and their two children. He is proud to bring his experience and commitment to excellence to the Warren community.
